So you want to be happy? Happiness is not a big secret that no one gets. It is easy to acheive and keep. We all feel happy from time to time, the trick is being happy most of the time. If you want happiness here are some simple steps to finding and keeping it.

First, don’t confuse happiness. Happiness is not about winning, or wining or dining. It’s not about who you know, and how much cash you have on hand, or the hot sex you had last night. Happiness is about how you feel about you - as a person. Do you like yourself? If the answer is yes, well you are probably already well on the way to a happy life.

Meditation usually keeps me in a very blissed out or peaceful state. Yet a few mornings ago I found myself swimming in negativity. It was the usual stuff - money problems, blaming others, and a whirlwind of thinking.
